About the Role
As a Business Banking Specialist at eFinancialCareers Ltd., you will play a key role in bringing our merchant-focused business banking solutions to the market. You will be responsible for prospecting small, medium, and large-sized businesses through outbound lead generation, door-to-door prospecting, cold calling/email, referrals, and more. Your primary objective will be to identify the pain points and requirements of business owners and formulate the right Zeller solution to exceed their expectations.
- You will spend your days qualifying inbound leads and building a pipeline of SMB deals that you will nurture, negotiate, and close.
- You will work closely with the sales team to develop commercially sound deals across various customer use cases, verticals, and complex economics.
- You will stay up-to-date with SME, technology, fintech, payments, competitor, and industry trends relevant to your merchants.
- You will collaborate with the Zeller team across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Operations to relay customer feedback.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect small, medium, and large-sized businesses using outbound lead generation, door-to-door prospecting, cold calling/email, referrals, and more.
- IDentify pain points and requirements of business owners and formulate the right Zeller solution to exceed their expectations.
- Nurture, negotiate, and close SMB deals.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop commercially sound deals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends.
Requirements and Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience as a BDR/SDR with a proven ability to achieve quarterly or activity-based goals.
- A genuine curiosity and passion about people and their businesses that will enable you to inspire and share their stories with others.
- Hands-on experience with multiple prospecting techniques (cold-calls, email outreach, or door-to-door selling).

- An established relationship with SME business owners and decision-makers.
