Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Program Test Lead to elevate our testing practices across complex projects. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality test results in a collaborative environment.

This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in dynamic and fast-paced environments, with a strong focus on strategic planning and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop high-level system testing strategies in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Create and implement test plans aligned with organizational policies and project goals.
  • Manage resource allocation and work distribution across testing projects.
  • Ensure quality and timely delivery of all test-related outputs.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to secure sign-off on test phase deliverables.
  • Lead risk identification and analysis sessions to inform test planning and control.
  • Provide timely and relevant test status updates and metrics to stakeholders, including clients.
  • Identify skill and resource gaps within the test team and assist in sourcing appropriate talent.
  • Foster clear communication within the test team and across project stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in testing processes.
