Job Title: Store Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Store Manager to lead our retail team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Motivate the sales team to meet sales objectives through effective training and mentoring.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to attract new customers, increase store traffic, and enhance profitability.
  • Hire, train, and oversee new staff members.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints and concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Design and arrange promotional materials and in-store displays.
  • Analyze buying trends, customer requirements, and profits to inform business decisions.
  • Manage store administration tasks, including budgeting and financial record-keeping.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order necessary stock.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years experience working in a retail environment, preferably in a managerial role.
  • Strong leadership and customer management abilities.
  • Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Benefits:

  • $46,457.46 - $75,405.45 per year salary range.
  • Overtime pay, performance bonus, and tips.

Work Requirements:

  • 8 hour shift.
  • Ability to commute or relocate before starting work.

Experience:

  • Leadership: 1 year (preferred).
  • Retail management: 1 year (preferred).
