
Clinical Services Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Psychologist to join our expanding team. As a key member, you will contribute to the delivery of high-quality psychological services across various service pathways.
You will have the opportunity to develop and extend your clinical expertise in a collaborative and supportive environment. Our team utilizes evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). We also offer a range of psychological assessments for mental health, intelligence quotient (IQ), psychoeducational, school readiness, decision-making capacity, autism, and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).
This role involves working with a multidisciplinary team of practitioners or across various environments, including family homes, disability group homes, day programs, and schools within your community.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide high-quality psychological services to clients across various settings
- To work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal client outcomes
- To maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in Psychology
- Registration or ability to become registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- A car and licence
- A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or ability to obtain one for a client-facing role
