Customer Experience Manager

We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Manager to elevate our customers' banking experience.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Home Lending Specialist who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth. You will convert contact centre and self-generated leads into satisfied customers by providing tailored financial solutions.

You will collaborate with Network Partners to generate leads through employer visits, ensuring seamless interactions for every customer. In this role, you will thrive on delivering the highest level of service, managing your own portfolio, and meeting activity targets.

You will also work closely with internal partners to support a seamless customer experience and deliver professional messages with a unified business voice.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a proven history of financial services experience and a strong ethical belief system. You will be able to execute business development strategies and have a sound understanding of credit assessment, lending principles, and whole-of-bank products.

You will have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong community relationships. Your technical skills in business development principles and knowledge of market and competitor developments will also be essential.
