Job Opportunity

Seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant to drive strategic initiatives in Industrial Relations.

  • 2-year fixed-term contract
  • Project-based opportunity within a high-impact environment

As a key partner, you will play a critical role in delivering a next-generation payroll system. Our people are customer obsessed, prioritizing the needs and satisfaction of the customer above all else.

In this role, you will join the Industrial Relations team, collaborating with Legal teams, Project Managers, and IT professionals to ensure compliance and deliver results.

Responsibilities include:

  • Interpreting complex Enterprise Agreements
  • Driving effective remediation processes
  • Designing comprehensive testing regimes
  • Identifying gaps and proposing enhancements

Requirements include:

  • Considerable experience in industrial/employee relations
  • Hands-on payroll experience and detailed understanding of legislative frameworks
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
