About the Role

This part-time and casual position involves providing direct care in a dignified and respectful manner. You will assist with personal care, daily living tasks, and general mobility, following individualized care plans. Your person-centered approach will create a warm and welcoming care environment that maximizes quality of life for our residents.

Requirements
  • Working rights in Australia
  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent
  • Minimum 6 months experience preferably in an aged care setting
  • Genuine passion to provide person-centered care
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Possibility to build positive relationships with residents, their families, and staff
