Job Opportunity: Automation Projects Specialist

Take your expertise in electrician or control systems to the next level as an Automation Projects Specialist in Hybrid Power. The successful candidate will be responsible for automating hybrid power systems across renewable, hybrid and diesel generation platforms.

We are seeking a skilled professional who is competent in PLC programming and able to take on an autonomous role supporting the commissioning and support of these projects. Responsibilities include:

  • Installing and wiring control systems across hybrid power setups
  • Developing PLC and SCADA code for automation interfaces
  • Commissioning and testing systems, complete documentation
  • Providing remote and on-site technical support
  • Managing projects and liaising with clients

To succeed in this role, you will need hands-on experience with PLCs, SCADA, HMI or microprocessor controls. Additionally, you should be willing to travel domestically and internationally, and have industrial exposure in power generation or manufacturing. Strong communication and safety mindset are essential.
