You will be responsible for overseeing a talented group of penetration testers while also executing intricate penetration tests.

Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership (25%): Direct and manage a team of penetration testers, offering guidance, support, and opportunities for professional growth.
- Penetration Testing (50%): Execute thorough penetration tests on web applications, networks, and other systems to uncover security vulnerabilities.
- Business Development (25%): Engage in scoping discussions with potential clients to ascertain their needs and define the scope of penetration testing projects.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in penetration testing and cybersecurity.
- Demonstrated experience in managing and leading a technical team.
- Strong understanding of various penetration testing methodologies and tools.
- Advanced relevant certifications such as OSCE3, CCT, or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
