Specialist Attendant Care Support

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate support worker who has a passion for making a positive impact in the lives of individuals with spinal cord injuries and acquired brain injuries.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work independently with clients and their families as well as in a team environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide high level 1:1 attendant care support for clients with SCI and ABI injuries.
  • Work closely with clients and their families to develop personalized care plans that meet their unique needs and goals.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge and stay up-to-date with best practices in the field.

**Requirements:**

  • Previous experience providing high level 1:1 attendant care support for SCI and ABI injured clients is highly valued.
  • Current Police Check, First Aid and CPR certificates are essential.
  • A relevant Disability qualification or equivalent is preferred but not essential.
