About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Community Projects Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end project management services to deliver open space and community infrastructure projects from inception to delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain effective project plans, including the management of project interdependencies and constraints.
  • Effectively manage and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage, forecast, monitor, control risk and report on project financial performance.
  • Oversight compliance with regulatory requirements in construction projects, develop and monitor construction programs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in construction management, project management or relevant extensive industry experience in developing and delivering open space projects.
  • Able to manage and progress the requirements of multiple projects being delivered concurrently.
  • Experience in delivering capital projects and diligence in ensuring that project information is captured and reported according to project requirements.
