Industrial Surface Preparation Specialist

This is a dynamic opportunity for a skilled and physically fit individual to join our team as a Grit Blasting and Maintenance Assistant.
The role involves grit blasting, surface preparation and cleaning, tank movements between workshops and blast rooms, and general workshop and equipment maintenance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Grit blasting activities
- Assisting with surface preparation and cleaning
- Cleaning of blast rooms
- Tank movements between workshops and blast rooms
- General workshop and equipment maintenance
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Physical fitness for grit blasting activities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work to schedule requirements
- Professional attitude and safe work ethic
- Desirable qualifications: Working at Heights, EWP and Confined Space training; Forklift Licence; WSH and CSE; WP Class; C Class drivers licence
