Clinical Project Specialist

Auckland DHB is seeking an experienced Clinical Project Specialist to join their team.

Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled project manager to work strategically with services, other improvement specialists, and across programmes of work to deliver discrete projects with a focus on improving services for patients, whānau, and staff.

This role will facilitate and participate in prioritised pieces of work that influence and impact the equity, efficiency, and standard of care across Starship Child Health. The successful candidate will have a tertiary clinical qualification, project management experience, and expertise in process improvement and design.

About the Role
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop business cases for projects and programmes
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to identify project requirements
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines and budgets
  • Maintain stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle

What We Offer

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience
