Community Engagement Specialist

As a Community Manager, you will play a pivotal role in crafting an inspiring and inclusive experience for our community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the property team in daily operations, maintaining a motivating presence.
  • Ensure compliance with Low-Income Housing Tax Credit regulations by preparing documentation and reporting as required.
  • Maintain and process Move In and Recertification files to maintain program compliance.
  • Establish and manage schedules, holding each team member accountable for performance and team engagement.
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of tax credit experience is required.
  • Experience with rules and regulations, policies, and procedures of low-income housing programs.
  • Financial skills to manage accounts and rent collections.
  • Strong leadership orientation and excellent communication skills.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
