About the Role

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, empathy and a strong ability to build rapport with clients and their families. You'll need to be reliable, trustworthy and able to work independently, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care that exceeds expectations.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personal care and support with daily living tasks, including bathing, dressing and grooming
  • Assisting with meal preparation and light housekeeping
  • Offering companionship and social interaction
  • Delivering care in accordance with client care plans developed by our Care Designers (Registered Nurses)
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A Certificate III in Aged Care, Community, Individual Support or Disability
  • Previous caregiving experience, either paid or unpaid
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (desired)
