Our organization is seeking an experienced and skilled Clinical Team Leader to join our dynamic pharmacy team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in providing clinical pharmacy services, including advice and support to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the design, operation, and evaluation of clinical pharmacy services, policies, training, and project work.
- Coordinate a multidisciplinary pharmacy team, incorporating the allocation of human resources and provision of professional leadership, development, and direction.
- Ensure high-standard pharmacy services are provided to patients with practices regularly reviewed and adapted to comply with legal requirements, professional ethics, and hospital policies.
- Registered with the Pharmacy Board of Australia.
- Current Driver's Licence.
- Recognition at either Registrar or Consultant level with the Australian & New Zealand College of Advanced Pharmacy (ANZCAP) in a relevant discipline or relevant postgraduate qualification in pharmacy and/or management.
- Salary: $123,717 - $134,336 per annum pro rata.
- 12% employer superannuation contribution.
