Technical Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technical leader to join our Engineering team as they embark on a significant project moving their payment services into Golang.

This is a permanent opportunity based in Melbourne, with a 1 day flexible work from the office policy.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining platforms, APIs, workflows, and tools.
  • They will provide technical leadership for their team of engineers, whilst mentoring junior engineers.
  • Collaboration with other teams is essential for success.
  • Build scalable, performant, sustainable, and maintainable code bases for our technology.
About Your Skills
  • Significant experience in technical leadership.
  • Expertise in Java software development.
  • Recent commercial experience in Go across the stack is highly desirable.
  • Experience with AWS is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of CI/CD practices, with a focus on DevOps culture.
