A Dynamic Career Opportunity in Customer Service

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our operations. As the central point of contact for day-to-day operational matters, you will play a vital role in ensuring excellent working relationships with internal and external customers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  2. Establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships
  3. Representing the organization at internal and external functions, ensuring a positive presentation of the organization and its products/services
  4. Working closely with logistics teams on performance management
  5. Participating in quality control processes and providing expert advice to customers on service, logistical, and customs information
  6. Improving customer service quality by evaluating and redesigning processes and implementing change
  7. Establishing communication standards and implementing productivity, quality, and customer service standards
  8. Addressing performance issues by identifying areas of non-performance and providing support to prevent future occurrences
  9. Contributing towards effective cost management through education and training, especially in areas of inventory management

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Food Safety and HACCP qualifications desirable
  • Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle challenging situations with tact and diplomacy
  • Demonstrated ability to work with diverse stakeholders
  • Sound knowledge of the airline industry
  • Competent in documentation and records management
  • Ability to obtain relevant licenses and certifications
