Job Overview

This exciting opportunity is for a customer-focused insurance professional to manage complaints and dispute resolution for General Insurance products.

Assessing, investigating, and critically analysing policies, legislation and expert evidence are key responsibilities of the Dispute Resolution Specialist role.

The ideal candidate will engage with customers and internal stakeholders, providing technical support and advice on claims and underwriting areas.

We are looking for a confident individual with dispute resolution experience and a strong general insurance or legal background.

The role requires excellent problem-solving and relationship-building skills, as well as influencing and negotiating with internal and external stakeholders.

About the Job

This is a full-time permanent position with hybrid working arrangements, offering a great balance between work and life.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage end-to-end complaint handling and dispute resolution for General Insurance products
  2. Assess, investigate, and critically analyse policies, legislation and expert evidence
  3. Engage with customers and internal stakeholders to provide technical support and advice
  4. Influence and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders
