Seasonal Sales Associate Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic seasonal sales associate to join our team during the peak retail period. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who share our passion for sport, fashion, or streetwear and are looking to gain valuable hands-on experience.

  • A passion for sport, fashion, or streetwear: you must have a deep understanding of the latest trends and be able to communicate this effectively to customers.
  • Excellent customer service skills: you will be working in a fast-paced environment and must be able to provide exceptional service to customers at all times.
  • Team player mindset: you will be working closely with other sales associates and management to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading brand and gain valuable experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

We are looking for individuals who are available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays. You must be flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • To maintain a high level of product knowledge and be able to make recommendations to customers based on their needs and preferences.
  • To work collaboratively with other sales associates and management to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • To handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • To maintain a safe and secure working environment.

Requirements:

  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
