The Role As a Peak Sales Assistant, you'll be the face of Glue Store - creating memorable interactions, connecting customers with the latest product, and contributing to a high-performing, high-energy team.
What You'll Be Doing Prioritising every customer and delivering standout service, every timeEngaging with customers through a fun, approachable and confident sales styleSupporting in-store operations including processing sales, returns, and gift vouchersSharing your product knowledge to help customers style their lookAssisting Department Managers and contributing to store-wide successFollowing daily operational procedures including store opening and closingWorking collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentContributing to a culture of accountability, positivity and continuous improvement What You'll Bring Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus (but not essential)A passion for fashion, culture and creating a next-level customer experienceA results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving store goals and KPIsStrong communication skills and a team-first attitudeWillingness to learn, adapt and grow within a supportive environmentAlignment with Accent Group values and a strong "Make It Happen" mentality Why Join Us?
