About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced E-Discovery Project Manager to join our Litigation & Regulatory Group in Australia and the wider Asia Pacific market.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing eDiscovery projects throughout Australia and other APAC offices, working as part of the Electronic Data Management (EDM) team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Providing litigation support services, including planning and implementing eDiscovery solutions from data collection to trial.
  • Delivering end-to-end eDiscovery tasks in RelativityOne, including data processing, managing reviews, and document productions.
  • Documenting and agreeing project requirements with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Managing eDiscovery projects to ensure requirements are met, including adherence to budget.
  • Engaging with and instructing third-party service providers as required.
  • Assisting with the negotiation of Exchange Protocols.
  • Producing required reports and tracking documentation.
  • Managing lawyer and client expectations, while delivering strong consultancy and advice on risk management, commerciality, and technical project elements.
