Senior Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a Procurement Specialist to join our team.
Job Description:The Electoral Commission of South Australia is expanding its operations to prepare for one of the state's largest logistical events, the 2026 state election.
This is a temporary term basis role that requires effective procurement expertise and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide timely advice and support to business units on procurement needs.
- Review and manage higher-value procurements and whole-of-ECSA contracts.
- Develop and communicate subject-matter expertise on best practices in market approaches, tendering, and contracts.
- Identify opportunities to streamline delegations and procurement approval processes.
To be successful in this role, you will need knowledge of SA Government procurement policies, effective negotiation skills, and the ability to autonomously develop end-to-end procurement documentation.
