Job Description\

As a Procurement Specialist, you will play a key role in driving strategic procurement initiatives across the organization.

You will be responsible for executing end-to-end procurement activities, including planning, supplier engagement, and contract management.

You will also work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement procurement strategies that drive business value.

Additionally, you will maintain accurate records of procurement activities, manage procurements budgets, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

\Required Skills & Qualifications\

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.\
  • 5+ years of experience in procurement or sourcing, preferably within a large organization.\
  • Proven track record of achieving procurement cost savings through process improvements and strategic negotiations.\
  • Strong understanding of procurement laws, regulations, and industry standards.\
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.\
  • Ability to analyze complex data and provide recommendations to senior leadership.\
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.\
  • Experience with procurement software, such as SAP Ariba, is a plus.\
  • Professional certifications, such as CIPS or CPSM, are highly valued.\
  • Certification in Six Sigma, Lean, or similar quality control methodologies is an asset.
