The Opportunity:

You'll play a pivotal role as a Technical Scoping Lead, assessing customer financials, identifying workflows, and delivering actionable recommendations.

Your efforts will directly impact customer satisfaction, onboarding efficiency, and ongoing service alignment.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on collaboration, enjoys solving complex problems, and is committed to delivering exceptional customer outcomes.

Average Day:

  • Completing technical Scoping for Prospective Customers: Review prospective customer files to identify tailored workflows.
  • Evaluate financial data to establish onboarding workflows for a clean and accurate financial baseline.
  • Present findings to Account Executives to support financial health checks.
  • Collaborating and Reporting: Partner with Sales and Onboarding teams to align on findings and recommendations.
  • Document and share scoping outcomes clearly to ensure seamless team communication.
  • Provide insights that improve onboarding, service alignment, and product development.

  • Experience in financial assessment, customer support, or a related field.
