About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Strategic Media Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will have considerable career experience across major agency and channel-related topics, including leveraging deep experience to deliver advanced client and brand outcomes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with our media partners to retain rich knowledge of the media landscape and a deep understanding of core media principles and the capabilities of each media touchpoint.

  • Engage with internal product teams to ensure an understanding of their offerings and relevance to our clients.
  • Construct and present robust Implementation plans grounded in strategic priorities.
  • Develop future-fit, market-leading Investment strategies for clients to fuel growth for their business.
  • Ensure client Investment deliverables are met consistently across all touchpoints.
About You

We are looking for a talented individual who shares our passion for Good Growth. You will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality results and a strong ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

You will be responsible for overseeing workflow between team members and escalating any issues. Additionally, you will review your team's training needs to ensure their career plans are aligned with their progression.
