Key Responsibilities:- Provide personal health care, including assistance with bathing and grooming
- Perform light housekeeping duties, such as laundry and meal preparation
- Assist clients with transportation and companionship
Homemakers must be able to physically assist clients with tasks such as dressing, feeding, hair care, and positioning. You will need to be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and push/pull a client weighing at least 100 pounds.
- Able to continuously perform physical functions from up to an hour without rest
- Ability to move in tight spaces and between objects and furniture
- Must be an active member on the Family Care Safety Registry
- 2 references required
- Passes all required background checks upon hire and throughout employment
- Complete Training
- Must have vehicle insurance
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be a flexible employee who is willing to work in many different client homes on a routine basis
- Must have superb communication skills to be able to speak to the branch office weekly regarding schedule
As a caregiver, you will be working in various client homes, providing one-on-one care to seniors or individuals with disabilities.
