Senior FX Trader

We are seeking an experienced Senior FX Analyst to join our global team, covering the foreign exchange market for professional clients of the Reuters FXBuzz service.
The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of foreign exchange and other financial markets, technical analysis, and factors that influence currencies, including interest rates, commodities, central banks, and risk sentiment.
A strong communication skills, ability to write about complex financial topics in clear, concise English, and knowledge of technical and fundamental analysis are essential for this role.
- Cover the majors and select emerging markets currencies.
- Write short, intra-day market updates in bulleted format with accompanying charts.
- Generate original analysis for well-argued, forward-looking commentaries about market direction.
- Develop compelling charts to tell market stories.
- Build a strong network of market sources.
- Write longer-form analyses when asked.
