This is an exciting chance to advance your career in a defendant insurance team that's on the WorkCover panel.

As a talented Associate or Senior Associate, you'll be working closely with three recognised, award-winning Partners, managing your own varied caseload of defendant workers' compensation matters.

Our clients include leading institutions like WorkCover and self-insured employers. If you're keen to broaden your experience, there's also opportunity to handle public liability cases.

Key Responsibilities
  • You'll deliver great outcomes for your clients while having full support from a dedicated team of paralegals and administrative staff.
  • Manage your own caseload, ensuring timely delivery of results.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of PAE (Lawyers up to 12 years PAE will be considered)
  • Either at Associate or Senior Associate Level
  • Background in defending workers' compensation or public liability matters
  • Strong technical skills and a solutions-focused approach
