Senior Energy Leadership Role

We are seeking a seasoned energy professional to lead our team and drive growth in the renewable energy sector. As General Manager - Transmission and Renewables, you will be responsible for overseeing engineering and design functions aligned to our companies Energy projects.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring high-quality and innovative solutions across all Energy projects.
  • Leading and managing a team of advisors, engineers and designers, providing guidance and support in delivering projects to quality, on time and within budget.
  • Achieving growth and profitability targets, enabling reinvestment into the business.
  • Championing a positive culture of continuous learning and professional development, ensuring a fully engaged workforce.
  • Identifying and evaluating potential opportunities for renewable and new energy projects, considering technical and commercial feasibility.
Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team that delivers high-quality, stakeholder-focused outcomes.
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality projects that prioritise stakeholder needs and expectations.
  • A track record of achieving sustainable growth targets, driving business expansion and securing long-term success.
  • Deep understanding of the importance of company culture and ability to influence and shape it.
  • Extensive experience in the Energy industry, demonstrating expertise and in-depth knowledge of the sector.

You will be a values-driven leader, with a passion for developing high-performing teams and recognised in the industry as a strong or emerging leader. You will be an engaged leader who can inspire the team to drive high-level performance.
