Key Responsibilities:
- Store Performance Management: Oversee and manage store performance to achieve key objectives and budget targets.
- Dispensing and Professional Services: Dispense medications and deliver professional services to our customers, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Health Counselling and Clinical Interventions: Provide health counselling and record clinical interventions to support the well-being of our customers.
- Forward Pharmacy Practice: Practice forward pharmacy, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and advancements in the field.
Requirements:
- General Registration: Hold general registration with AHPRA.
- Customer Service Orientation: Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Team Management: Ability to manage and motivate a team, driving successful business outcomes.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Technical Skills: Experience with Fred computer systems, ensuring seamless integration with our pharmacy operations.
