Speech Pathology Professional

This is a unique opportunity to work as a Speech Pathology Coach in partnership with educators and other early childhood professionals. You will be applying your speech pathology knowledge and expertise outside of a traditional clinical model.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of child development, interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and coaching skills. They should also be able to document, analyze, and report on key performance indicators.
As a key member of the care team around the child, you will communicate and engage regularly with families to support the inclusion and participation of their child. You will build linkages with local services and streamline referral pathways into and out of the centre.
Your Impact- Implement evidence-informed capacity building approaches to enhance outcomes for children and families within the early learning and care setting.
- Work alongside Centre Directors, Educators, and other key stakeholders to observe, identify, and support the progression of children's learning, development, and well-being.
- Deliver professional development and contribute to reports, briefings, resources as required.
Key Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years' experience
- Demonstrated high level of interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and coaching skills
