About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Superstar to join our team as a Sales Account Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our corporate customers, driving sales growth, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to secure new business.
  • Track and manage sales pipeline, prioritizing leads and opportunities to drive sales growth.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met and sales targets are achieved.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions, rates, and contract management with customers.
  • Provide product updates and training to customers.
  • Manage and implement CRM data within Sales Force.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of proven record of revenue growth and profit achievement in a sales account management role.
  • Knowledge and application of the strategic dimension of sales and managing key accounts across corporate, travel, and airlines.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen, attention to detail, and lateral problem-solving approach.
