About the Role

You will play a pivotal role in supporting participants to transform their lives as an Employment Consultant.

Working closely with stakeholders, including employers and our participants, you will deliver tailored employment solutions.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a lasting impact on people's lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and Secure Job Opportunities: Partner with local employers to secure job placements for our participants.
  • Support Participants to Achieve Job Readiness: Help participants identify their skills and become job ready through training and support services.
  • Deliver Quality Service: Adhere to contractual and compliance requirements while delivering exceptional service to our participants.
  • Enhance Employability: Provide training and support services to enhance participants' employability.
  • Develop Personalised Job Plans: Create clear employment pathways for our participants.
  • Build Relationships: Foster positive relationships with local employers and community groups.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We seek individuals who are driven, solution-focused, and possess a can-do approach.

Empathy and compassion towards those with disability, injury, or barriers to employment are essential.

Excellent communication skills and adaptability are required to navigate the day-to-day challenges of this role.

Previous experience in sales, retail, call centre, hospitality, consulting, business development, or administration is advantageous.

We provide full training to help you transition into a new career in Employment Services.

Requirements:

  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • A current driver's licence and comprehensively insured vehicle
  • MyGovID (Standard level)
  • Willingness to complete a National Police Check
  • Able to pass a Working with Children Check
  • Availability to work Full-Time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
