Chief Inventory Planner

Key Responsibilities:- Lead and develop the planning and scheduling teams to deliver operational excellence.
- Manage national inventory levels, reducing obsolescence and optimising stock policies.
- Oversee the S&OP process, production planning, and yarn/raw material ordering.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to balance inventory, transport efficiency, purchase costs, and manufacturing efficiency.
- Drive process improvements that enhance capacity planning, scheduling accuracy, and supply chain performance.
- Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Experience in supply chain, operations planning, or manufacturing.
- Proven leadership experience with a collaborative, empowering style.
- Demonstrated success in manufacturing environments.
- Strong ERP and planning systems knowledge.
- Exceptional analytical and forecasting skills, with advanced Excel capability.
- Resilient, solutions-focused, and confident managing change in fast-paced settings.
