We are currently seeking a suitably experienced Electrical Reliability Specialist for an initial contracting role with long-term potential.

Benefits:

Job Role:
  • Leading root cause analysis investigations of failures
  • Developing work scopes for major equipment repairs using fitness-for-service approaches
  • Developing and improving equipment management strategies with reliability approaches, implementing improvements, and driving to completion
  • Demonstrating a passion and commitment to Environment, Health, and Safety in the workplace
  • Identifying long-term opportunities for improvement through technical expertise focusing on equipment reliability and plant capacity enhancement
About You:
  • A tertiary qualification in Electrical Engineering, with experience in maintenance, reliability, heavy industry, or plant engineering
  • Victorian Engineering Registration
  • Understanding of risk management, quality improvement, and reliability excellence processes
  • Adaptable communication and relationship-building skills, with strong problem-solving abilities
