Nursing Services Director Position

Clinical leaders play a pivotal role in the success of perioperative services. They drive strategic initiatives, foster collaboration, and ensure high-quality care delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective nursing strategies to enhance patient outcomes
  • Promote a culture of excellence, safety, and efficiency within the Anaesthetics Team
  • Establish and maintain adherence to relevant standards, guidelines, and policies
  • Leverage resources for procurement and human capital optimization
  • Pursue leadership opportunities within the Procedural Areas Leadership Team

A clinical leader is responsible for delivering comprehensive and cost-effective nursing care. They inspire teams by example, promoting a culture of innovation, improvement, and patient-centered care.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in anaesthetics, with experience in resource and cost management. A proven track record in human capital development, including rostering, performance management, and team building, is also essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required, as well as the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
