The partnership panel team works hand in hand across teams to deliver outcomes that help brokers grow their businesses and ensure we have a panel of lenders broad enough to meet consumer demand. You'll also work with other parts of REA to optimize relationships with all lenders on the panel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Lender Partnership team, including Lender Partnerships Managers and Analysts.
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow lender partnerships and improve relationships with existing lenders.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Experience working in the financial services or property industry, with a deep understanding of the sector.

Benefits

We offer a range of benefits to support your career development and well-being, including:

  • Competitive salary and bonuses.
  • Ongoing training and development opportunities.
  • A dynamic and supportive work environment.
Others

This role offers a unique opportunity to join a pioneering force in the property industry, driving innovation and making a real impact. If you're passionate about shaping the future of property and finance, we'd love to hear from you.
