About the Role

As a key member of our Finance and Operations team, you will be responsible for:

  1. Extracting and updating production and stock data to ensure accurate and timely reporting
  2. Maintaining data integrity and accuracy
  3. Uploading third-party and customer information and contracts
  4. Updating product codes and costing documents
  5. Performing labor data cost analysis and updating weekly models for financial reporting
  6. Assisting with data integrity for operational reporting
  7. Maintaining a monthly cost simulator spreadsheet
  8. Completing ad-hoc tasks as required
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  1. Previous experience in finance, operations, or production
  2. Some master data exposure or data analysis experience
  3. Intermediate or higher level Excel skills
  4. A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  5. Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with stakeholders
  6. Problem-solving and analytical skills
  7. A willingness to learn and add value to the business
