About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Azure Data Factory & Integration Developer to join our dynamic team on a 6-month contract, with the potential for extension and permanency. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain data pipelines and integration solutions using Azure Data Factory (ADF) and other Azure services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and manage end-to-end data pipelines using Azure Data Factory for ETL/ELT processes.
  • Implement data integration solutions using Azure Logic Apps, Functions, Event Grid, and Service Bus.
  • Collaborate with data engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to build scalable, high-performance workflows.
  • Develop custom transformations using SQL and C# within ADF and Azure Functions.
  • Optimise and monitor pipelines for performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency.
  • Implement best practices for cloud security, data governance, and compliance.
  • Set up event-driven architectures with Azure Event Grid and Service Bus.
  • Provide mentorship to junior developers and contribute to their growth and development.
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipeline development and participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.
