Senior HR Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Manager to join our team at the Sunshine Coast facility of a leading global food manufacturer.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and results-driven professional to lead change management initiatives, drive cultural improvements, and support corporate and site-specific HR functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • General HR Management: Provide expert guidance and support on HR topics, ensuring best practices across the business.
  • Change Leadership: Lead initiatives to drive cultural improvements and manage change effectively throughout the organization.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee relations, ensuring a positive work environment.
  • Talent Development: Work with managers to attract, develop, and retain top talent, ensuring strong succession plans are in place.
  • Learning & Development: Drive the design and implementation of training programs to build employee skills and enhance performance.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in an HR Business Partner role, preferably within an operational or manufacturing environment. A relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, based on location and industry standards.
