Your Opportunity
This role offers a chance to join a rapidly growing team that has expanded significantly in the last financial year. We're embarking on new engagements and expect continued growth as we work on deals and transactions.
- As a Senior Tax Advisor, you'll provide multi-disciplinary support with a focus on Employment Taxes advisory, deals advisory, payroll compliance reviews, superannuation reviews & remediation projects, managing FBT engagements, wage compliance analysis, and payroll tax internal reviews and state revenue audits.
- The group's leadership prioritizes helping team members become well-rounded advisors who bring strong commercial insights and practical advice to clients.
- You'll have the opportunity to work within our wider Workforce Advisory business, alongside a young and vibrant national team with a collaborative culture and strong growth mindset.
Key Responsibilities
We're seeking an ambitious, growth-focused senior consultant or manager who can:
- Digest, distil, and communicate complex concepts in written and verbal forms.
- Show a can-do attitude and seek creative solutions to problems using technical tools and a supportive team.
- Have strong Australian employment taxes experience, independent thought, and ability to manage engagements.
- Work with large data sets using Microsoft Excel and other data-focused solutions.
Estimated Salary: AU$90,000 - AU$120,000 per annum
