Our Corporate Tax Advisory division is a market-leading team that provides income tax advice to large domestic and multinational companies on complex tax matters.

This role involves forming part of the Corporate Tax Advisory team, where you will have flexibility in whether to also manage compliance portfolios or focus almost exclusively on advisory services. You will develop relationships with clients and targets to gain an understanding of their businesses and identify potential opportunities.

The ideal candidate has previous corporate tax experience in either a professional or legal services firm, or in-house role, and possesses strong Australian tax technical skills. They must be able to produce well-researched and clearly articulated tax opinions, and demonstrate a commitment to client service with a proven track record of developing strong relationships with clients.

We estimate the salary for this role to be between $150,000 and $250,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. As a Senior Manager at KPMG, you will be part of a dynamic, fun team that helps WA's largest businesses understand complex domestic and international corporate tax matters.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide income tax advice to large domestic and multinational companies on complex tax matters.
  • Develop relationships with clients and targets to gain an understanding of their businesses and identify potential opportunities.
  • Lead multiple engagements of varying size and complexity.
  • Produce well-researched and well-written tax opinions.
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to junior tax consultants.
