You will be working with a global Marketing, Content & Communications team to ensure end-stage execution of our communication initiatives across all our digital platforms.

This role sees you coordinating and producing a pipeline of quality architectural and supporting digital content from across our global studios in a timely and organised fashion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Global Digital Media Efforts
  • Schedule and approve all content across our social media channels.
  • Maintain and improve best practice on tools like Sprout Social & Meltwater.
  • Manage CMS updates monthly and produce quarterly reports on website performance.
  • Create and update web-content using WordPress CMS.
  • Support content and communications leaders via the maintenance of a global graphic standard/language.
  • Strategise, art-direct and create visual supporting content for our short-form and longer form Global Insights content.
  • Facilitate, strategise and create a steady, consistent stream of global digital content.
  • Research and asset collation.
  • Facilitate planned and impromptu social media best practice training for leadership group.
  • Work closely with our in-house production studio to lead the digital content briefing process.
  • Develop a digital content calendar in collaboration with the Global Marketing Director, Global Brand Manager, and Global Insights Leader.
  • Evaluate the content strategy aligns with campaign needs, prioritizes key initiatives, and supports overall marketing objectives.
About You:
  • A degree in digital design, brand or communications and experience in digital content, video, motion, email marketing, and website curation.
  • Natural aptitude for web, social media and digital design and seeking opportunities to push the creative envelope.
  • High level of experience with Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Previous experience with social media content strategy and digital production experience in a fast-paced studio setting.
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
  • High attention to detail and be organised and comfortable doing methodical work.
  • Excellent communication, organisational and project management skills.
