About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Tomaree Community Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in our Emergency Department and General Medical Ward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient care, prioritizing their needs and delivering personalized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues to foster a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and technologies.
Requirements
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
  • Advanced assessment skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to prioritize care.
  • Experience in Emergency Nursing, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
