Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Fitter/Pneumatic Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical fitting and pneumatics skills, with experience working in a customer-facing role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing efficient service, commissioning, and training to customers. They will also read and interpret technical or engineering drawings and pneumatic schematics, use a range of tools and operate machinery required to perform duties, assemble, modify pneumatic circuits, and check accuracy and quality.

Troubleshooting and finding solutions, as well as providing quotations and service reporting, are also key responsibilities of the role. If you are looking for a hands-on, customer-facing position that requires strong mechanical fitting and pneumatics skills, we encourage you to apply.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Australian recognised trade qualification in Mechanical Fitting or similar
  • Valid Australian Driver's License
  • Minimum 5 years industry experience, with 2 years in a customer-facing service position
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience using Outlook and Excel
  • Pneumatic software experience essential, Fluid Draw an advantage
