Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Team Member to join our dynamic team at Winning Services. As a key member of our distribution center, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, focusing on safety, service, cost, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities
  • Stock Management: Transfer stock to designated storage areas, pick stock to picking lanes, and conduct cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Warehouse Operations: Perform tasks such as receiving, returns, and dispatch, while collaborating with the team to develop better and safer procedures.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and contribute to a culture of open communication and collaboration.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency, and implement changes to achieve optimal results.
  • Health and Safety: Report incidents, near misses, and hazards to the DC Manager, and maintain a safe working environment by adhering to WH&S policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Experience: Warehouse experience is required, with a preference for experience working with appliances, furniture, or large bulky items.
  • Qualifications: LF & LO licenses are preferred but not essential, and candidates with these qualifications will be offered a higher base salary.
  • Skills: Strong safety focus, knowledge and experience in safe manual handling, keen attention to detail, and proficiency in multitasking.
