A highly respected and aspirational learning community is seeking a relational and values-driven leader to shape a positive, inclusive, and future-focused culture.

The Learning Leader will play a pivotal role in leading the day-to-day life, culture, and operations of the Senior School, working closely with staff, students, and the broader community.

About the Role

Key areas of responsibility include:

  • Leading and supporting staff to deliver excellence in teaching, learning, and pastoral care.
  • Building capability in leaders and teachers, ensuring a collaborative and engaged culture.
  • Driving student wellbeing programs and pastoral care that supports engagement and inclusion.
  • Partnering with parents, families, and the broader community to strengthen connections and foster a cohesive school culture.
  • Ensuring operational effectiveness, compliance, and alignment with our values and purpose.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for student wellbeing, a commitment to high-quality teaching and learning, and the ability to deliver strong leadership.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a senior school leader

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to build relationships with staff, students, and the wider community
