About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to provide technical service and support to our customers in Australia.

  • Coordinate contract personnel on-site where necessary
  • Provide phone support for clients
  • Build trust with customers through excellent service
  • Undertake or advance technical investigations in response to customer requirements
  • Develop and compile high-quality technical investigation reports
  • Offer technical advice to customers, arranging follow-up on more difficult matters

This role requires travel, including periods of 2-3 weeks onshore and offshore, away from home. You will be part of an on-call roster and must be able to work independently.

You Will Thrive In This Role If:

  • You have onsite technical maintenance experience on a DCS system
  • You hold a degree in engineering, trade certificate or relatable apprenticeship
  • You have experience in DCS diagnostic and problem analysis
