About the Role:

We're seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our team and contribute to shaping the future of our platform. As a key member of our development team, you'll be responsible for translating complex product and technical requirements into elegant, robust solutions.

  • Mentor junior developers through code reviews, pairing, and coaching to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and design, to build intuitive user experiences that drive customer satisfaction.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate development speed and quality, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Contribute to architectural decisions and help shape the future of our platform, driving innovation and growth.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and inform product roadmaps, ensuring our solutions meet their expectations.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of software engineering experience in a dynamic environment, preferably with MobX or similar state management libraries.
  • Strong understanding of relational databases, especially PostgreSQL, and ability to optimize database performance.
  • A knack for solving complex problems and designing clean, scalable solutions.
  • Experience mentoring junior developers and a passion for knowledge sharing.
  • Comfort using AI tools as part of your development workflow, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with Python or a desire to learn and grow with our team.
